The basic Herbalife program is as follows:

2 x formula 1
(shake mix - which doesn't have to be made into just a shake! available in 6 yummy flavours: strawberry, tropical, vanilla, chocolate, cappuccino and cookies & cream. Or meal express bars available in berry and chocolate )

1 x balanced meal
(lean proteins, slow-release carbs, vegetables/salad/fruit - cut back on portion size if you are unsure)

0-3 x healthy snacks
(depending upon your protein requirements, Herbalife protein snacks available as bars in chocolate peanut, vanilla almond and citrus lemon. Also new product of gourmet tomato soup)

3 x formula 2
(multivitamin tablets - take 1 with each meal)

2-3 x Thermojetics Herbal Beverage
(green tea with natural caffeine, designed to lift energy levels and speed up metabolism, available in original, lemon, raspberry and peach! can be made with hot or cold water)

6 x Fibre & Herbs
(take 2 with each meal, eliminates toxins and waste from the body. Increases your fibre intake to aid digestive system during weight management and for general health.

2-3 ltrs of still water
(can include decaffeinated drinks, squash and herbal teas but NOT SPARKLING/FIZZY DRINKS. Add a slice of lemon/lime/orange for a healthy option flavour. Aim closer to 3ltrs when exercising or the weather is hot. Drink little and often for best results)

20 minutes exercise
(always check with Doc before starting a new exercise regime, minimum requirement is 20 mins/3 times a week)
