Fried Rice with Beef Recipe

Recipe
Sauce mixture:
2 tbsp chicken broth
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables mixture:
1 tsp canola oil
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
½ cup carrots, finely chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2 cups cooked brown rice
12 oz cooked lean steak, diced
Add vegetables and sauce to skillet
3 green onions finely chopped
