To make your Churo Formula 1 Shake, you will need:

Blender
1 Cup of Water
2 Scoops Formula 1, Dulce de Leche
2 Scoops Protein Drink Mix, Vanilla
1/2 TSP Herbal Tea Concentrate, Chai
Cinnamon
3-5 Ice Cubes

Blend to mix well

Sprinkle Herbal Tea Concentrate and Cinnamon
