Herbalife Overnight French Toast in a Bowl
Need a quick morning breakfast? Prepare this french toast (30 g of protein!) tonight and have it waiting for you when you wake up.
Recipe:
½ cup non fat milk
2 scoops Herbalife Protein Drink Mix, vanilla
1 tbsp raisins
1 egg
Cinnamon for garnish
Fresh fruit for garnish
1 slice whole-grain bread
Instructions
1. Cut whole-grain bread into ½" cubes, place into a small bowl and sprinkle with raisins
2. Blend other ingredients for 10-15 seconds, until smooth
3. Pour mix into bowl and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
4. Microwave on high for 2½-3 minutes, until puffed and cooked through
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top with fresh fruit
