Here's a great idea for a sweet, creamy summer snack: Protein Popsicles! Registered dietitian Susan Bowerman uses Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix to create a popsicle that tastes delicious and also contains about 8 grams of protein per serving. These frozen treats are easy to make—in fact they are very similar to making an Herbalife Formula 1 shake. The only difference is you will add some nonfat yogurt to make the mixture thicker and creamier. You will also need to wait at least two hours for the popsicles to freeze properly so be sure and start these well before your snack time!
