Herbalife Protein Popsicle just in time for Summer

Here's a great idea for a sweet, creamy summer snack: Protein Popsicles! Registered dietitian Susan Bowerman uses Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix to create a popsicle that tastes delicious and also contains about 8 grams of protein per serving. These frozen treats are easy to make—in fact they are very similar to making an Herbalife Formula 1 shake. The only difference is you will add some nonfat yogurt to make the mixture thicker and creamier. You will also need to wait at least two hours for the popsicles to freeze properly so be sure and start these well before your snack time! Protein Popsicles 120 ml / ½ cup nonfat or soy milk 120 ml / individual size nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla flavor 2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix, Wild Berry 75 g / ½ cup frozen mixed berries Add all ingredients to blender in order. Blend until very smooth. Pour carefully into four popsicle molds. Freeze at least two hours before serving. These frozen treats are a great idea for the hot summer months when you are active and craving something sweet and cold. You'd better make two batches!
